S.Q.A Consulting & Training helps early childhood providers raise their quality, earn ratings and accreditation, build stronger teams, and grow, from first license to full classrooms.
S.Q.A Consulting & Training is a specialist advisory and professional-development firm dedicated to raising the standard of quality in early childhood education and care.
The name carries layered meaning. It stands for Superior Quality Assurance, and it is the shared initials of our founder, Samia Qudrat Ali, and her late father, Sahibzada Qudrat Ali, whose legacy of excellence she carries forward into a field where quality shapes children's earliest years.
We meet providers wherever they are, from a home-based program getting licensed to an established center chasing national accreditation, and we tie every quality gain directly to stronger enrollment and growth.
Samia grew up in a business household, absorbing the discipline and vision of entrepreneurship from her late father, Sahibzada Qudrat Ali, as he ran his global trading business. A people person at heart, she stepped away from the family trade to follow a different calling. At Bayan Garden School in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia, she rose quickly from guided-reading teacher to homeroom teacher for Grade 2 and science teacher for Grade 4, becoming one of the school's most sought-after American-curriculum educators. It was here that she learned early on the power of quality standards, and how they shape the very face of a business.
A behavior analyst by nature, Samia has always been driven by one question: how do we make learning easier for every child? She built her reputation on scaffolding instruction to each learner, adapting thoughtfully for cultural differences and family expectations so that no child was left behind.
That blend of educator and entrepreneur soon pulled her back toward business. When she saw the opportunity, she opened her own preschool, and it grew exponentially year after year. Her passion for behavior intervention and redirection, helping every kind of learner reach their goals, set the program apart, and in 2014 she became one of the first in the Middle East to bring paraprofessionals into a preschool setting. She had begun turning her successful brand into a franchise when life brought her to the United States.
In Michigan, Samia immersed herself in a new market, learning its licensing and quality requirements from the ground up. She earned her CDA, then an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and General Science, and is now pursuing Neuroscience, building on her background in Psychology. After working with several leading ECE and childcare brands, she founded S.Q.A to help other programs and their teams grow stronger and flourish.
A self-published author who loves to read and write, Samia brings an optimistic energy that fills every room she walks into, and an unshakable belief that quality care changes children's lives.
